Are these water readings before or after the water change?

And is a pic possible?

If those were your before readings all that is needed is about a 30% water change... Not bad at all..

Yea try and get a pic please!

This is why you should get in the habit of testing your water BEFORE every water change- it will give you an early warning sign, will tell you if your filter isnt wroking well (ammonia and nitrite) and also tell you if you are not doing enough water changes (nitrates above 40)

As for the spots/clumps a pic would help
I can't get no sleep
