As you all know my O has ich and I'v had the water temp up to 86 since last tues and the one fish that seems to be getting worse does it seem to get worse before it gets better

I would think so as all you are doing with the higher temps is speeding up it's life cycle...

It shouldnt be worse now than last tuesday, have you got another themostat you can check your temperature is accurate. White spot will kill your fish if left unchecked. If things dont start getting better soon i would go out an buy an anti white spot treatment. Please note that you will need to remove any carbon from your filter and the treatment will stain your silicone a light blue

What are your water parameters? Have you added any salt?

My ICH seems to be dissapearing My O lost all the white specales and his fins are growing back. Sat will be 10 days should I then perform another water change or leave it alone.

in case you are treating it in the community tank.. isolate it first... following delboybully 's comment then would be easier.. 2 - 3 weeks is a regular time, so your fine as of yet...below are few products I can recommend... yes dont forget to remove your carbon from the filter if you are using it.
