I have a picture of my 6" oscar here with 3 misterious holes in his head. He was picked on by my other fish and these have been here for awhile but is this hole in the head disease?

That does look like HITH... Give us all the info you can now... Tank size, filter size, fish size, water peramiters...

This will get us started.

From what I can see, that does look like HITH. You need pristine water conditions to treat it and improve it. HAVING YOUR O'S IN AN UNCYCLED TANK CAN EXACERBATE THE CONDITION, because of the ammonia levels in a new tank.

are u sure. He has had it for a while and he did have some bite wounds there from his old tank
