Rocksor, I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

The glass was cut very neatly, with the dry fit it came together almost perfectly - 90 degree angles all around :)

Eddie, we were talking about Diana Walstad the other day - read this and tell me you're not keen to try it as well:

Shrimp tank

(sorry about the pdf thing, that's how she put it online)

Except, since we don't have any freshwater shrimp in South Africa (at least, not live ones) I will be doing it with a siamese fighting fishy.

OK sooo I downloaded the PDF that is freaking amazing !! I think that is going to be awesome I have to find a mini tank again and do it !!!

Since Oz loves the ghost shrimp, you'll never have overpopulation problems :)

Potting soil, mixed with mineral topsoil, then top with sand (I'm just going to scoop some out of the Malawi tank). I'm shooting for about 4 cm in total in substrate.

I have the tiniest powerhead! It's soooo little! I'll take pics when I do a fill test later (must be patient and leave it 24 hours!).

I am a bit hasty, I checked and my silicone dries at 24 hours for every 2mm :pinch: So it will be safer to wait for tomorrow to fill.

Regardless, here is the smallest powerhead I have ever seen:

would you believe, it was in my collection of fish gear. Deep, but it was there. If I remember correctly I had it in a little tank with 5 goldfish in before I knew what was what :S

Thanks Jason :)
