I'm thinking that i want to build a canopy and eventually a matching stand for my 55. The wallet is pretty empty so I was thinking maybe I could get some scrap 2x4's--a lot of small ones, 3-6 inches, different sizes ( I know alot of construction workers) and piece them together on plywood. Then of course stain stain them. Will this look good? It will look alomst like a puzzle of different shaped blocks. What do you all think ?
