The used bio wheel will only help if it has not been allowed to dry out.

It usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks to cycle a tank , but with some good established filter media you can achieve an instant cycle.
To me it almost seems like your filtration isnt able to process that little bit of extra Ammonia thats being added with water changes. But that may be something that will level out in another couple of weeks , once the beneficial bacteria becomes a little more established.

I use prime and no I have not had any nitrites. I had put some Proper Ph in about 2 weeks ago and was told not to do that.

I think its the high range pH reading , since he topped out on the normal test. Just not sure what this color resembles. Around 8 ?

If you are using Prime you can do WCs every 48 hrs. But try to do them around the same time if possible.
Give it another week or 2 to see if those Ammonia levels come down.
And that pH crap is not needed. Its just a way for them to make more money. There are more natural , easier ways to lower or raise your pH level if needed.

I would add do not play with the PH , does more harm than good unless you really know what you are doing and why.

and curious do you have charcoal in your filters?

Sounds good. Keep us posted. We will get you all straightened out.
Just make sure to not go over the 48 hour mark , since you want to keep your fish safe from the Ammonia , and dose for whole tank volume with each water change.
