Lame....any products that cannot be honored for the first 30-days by the store for defects, is a product that is not worth the money.

WOW. You got through to Tetra? I've e-mailed them several times w/ no luck at all. And I know I'm not the only one.

I totally aggree seachem was horrible in the customer service dept took over a month to get them to even respond to the email. I sent them pics of the bottles barcode and product id number

Seriously jack tetra answered every email and called me back I was shocked. I even took the time to give the product a good review which is something I have never done in my life...way to lazy for that

I've had the opposite experience with Seachem. I primarily contacted them on their message board and let them know that I purchased a Seachem Nitrate test kit, and after letting Seachem know about the problem with the kit ( gave them the lot number), I was sent a replacement within a week of emailing them.

See no absolutes...you had a good experience I had a bad one jack had a bad experience with tetra and I had a good one...who knows right lol

Where are you getting that from? And not if it interferes w/ a clear message that we want to promote.

Also, please note that section of the article where it states that it took 5 weeks to cycle a 20GL that was lightly stocked. And that it shouldn't be used w/ an Oscar tank.
