Yes I have used it in the past and it does the job. However, it doesn't go very far, I think I would need more than a bottle for my 300 gallon tank just for one water change. There are two water conditioners I use on a regular basis depending on whether the shop has them. One of them is tetrapond. It's very concentrated so one bottle does over 2000 gallons. You've got to be careful with this stuff as it would be easy to put too much in your tank. However, one bottle lasts for ages. The other product I use is "Prime" not only does this remove chlorine, chloramine and ammonia, but it will also detoxify nitrite and nitrate. 335 mL will treat 3250 gallons, that's a lot for your money as it only costs £9.99.
You can save yourself a fortune if you choose the right conditioner.
