what master kit have you got?

How long has you tank been cycling for?

I assume you've got some fish?

As it stands, your water is okay. Ammonia is zero which is spot-on. Nitrite is .1 , not exactly perfect, but you wouldn't want it stay like that for too long. Your nitrate is a bit puzzling. do you mean 10 ppm? I think reading normally start at about five so maybe your just taking a guess by the colour.

That looks great! It is exactly what you want... Ammonia always 0. Nitrite always 0. And Nitrate no more than 40ppm At 40 ppm you need to do about a 40% water change. And if you have any ammonia or nitrites you need to do a water change.

I am so happy for you!

if your new tank is stable now, you can do so....
why? don't you have any running filter in it?

you have about 15-20 days left to complete your cycle a full cycle takes 40 days from the first ammo trace reading .....the ammo rises for the first 20 days then stabilises .....then the nitrite rises for the seccond 20 days then stabilises .....in the last 10 days the NITRATE will start to read on your test kit ......so at the point you are is before the nitrate reads but after the nitrie has started ....so you are about 20-25 days in to your cycle .........leaving 15-20 to go ..

ok thats a good guildline to follow.
so here is my readings for 2day.
ammo= just above zero, like just reading stuff all but is reading maybe 0.1
nitrate= 10ppm
nitrite= 0.25ppm

so this is diff from yesterdays reading and i havent feed them anything since last test. hown that looking??? should i do a little water change or ride it out but keep testing???

Do the water change... Anything above 0 on ammonia and nitrite requires a water change.
