I was just treating my tank for a parasite, the package said it didnt hurt your bio, but checked my
levels today and they are pretty crappy. did I loose my cycle??

ph 7.2
ammonia .50
nitrite 1.0
nitrate 10

temp 82f

I wasnt doing daily water changes because I didnt want to stress out an already sick fish, but another lose
as the baby died last night...parasites 2 zoo 0

Do I have to cycle all over again?

Which medication did you use? There are a number of liquid treatments that can damage your biological filter so obviously you always have to be careful what you are putting in your tank.

I think you should wait a few days, you might find that the nitrite and ammonia will just disappear if there isn't really anything wrong with your biological filter

You may want to drop that temperature slightly
I may not always be right, but I am always the boss

i think as OFL said the amounts you have from the test may just be a spike and fade over the next few days. retest each day to keep an eye on things.
