to what you did with browser user wherein vote is being counted automatically.
but it should contain memory that those who had voted could not vote anymore.

Hi Penn, i dont know if you want to go this route, but my forum uses www.invisionboard.com/ for our hosting and its already got poll options built into it. i mean you would totally have to redo everything lol... but its got alot of neat stuff about it. used it for a long time now.

No, I'm certainly not going to start changing software at this stage. The beauty about this other stuff where is it is specifically developed for photos contests. Users are able to upload their own photos and then the winner is announced automatically on a specified date. It would just mean that you would have to register again. But hey, that's no hardship is it? I'm still thinking about this.

I have implemented a new policy, you may only vote for someone else's photo. It seems rather pointless if everyone votes for their own photo, nobody would ever win if everybody did this

for the meantime while trying to improve the voting system, we can tabulate
"who voted for what" later. i'm still trying to consult my youngest daughter
about the link that you have posted....she is more on web design....
