Ok in all honesty, the round black circle right in front of the Oscars tail that is circled in Orange is an O spot! Lots of Oscars don't have them. I have 4 Oscars and 3 have them and one doesn't.

Anyway, I hope this clears it up for ya.

both of mine have that spot too. I thought it was common in all Oscars also!
