Ok so when I see there is people in the chat room I try and join and when I enter the chatroom the people that where there all instantly logout with a loud bleep from the speakers... iv been trying this for months its weird

That is because no one is actually there... The chat room is normally not used. On occasion I use the one at the bottom of the page but that is it...

The chatroom often says that i am in there, even when i never logged in.
I'd prefer a sound signal whenever someone enters the chat.
the way it is now i hardly notice someone in the chatroom and when i do, they're usually gone allready...

on the other hand chatting was never my thing for i typed so incredibly slow.
But that has changed since i found OFL and got some practice in typing

i usually throw in a picture, and if noone enters the chat you can see the pics for a long ,long time.

Its annoying but I think it is just a software issue. I always type in there something about me not really being in chat so don't be fooled. I like Noddy's pics better! Sadly the chat room isn't used much... I use Yahoo messenger anyway!

ahh OK guys I thought it was a connection issue ...maybe we should organize one day in a week when we get as many people in the chatroom as possible just for fun

When you are in the chat room and want to leave, it is best to actually click the logout button. If you click on one of the buttons in the menu, the chat room software will assume you are still logged in.

The module at the bottom of the forum that shows who is logged in is not Ajax. Basically this means that it doesn't work in real time so you will still see your self logged in if you haven't clicked the log out button in the chat room

but it even happenes when i never entered the chat...
