Lol, it may not be rocket science for you, but it is a little difficult for me. I have never bought lights before but one time. I didn't even use them either! I don't know the colors and the t stuff or the red orange blue green or whatever. Just asking for advice is all, sorry if I'm coming off as incompetent or a moron. I just don't know!

I don't really care for a trial and error method at this moment the budget is getting tight with this baby on the way. I don't need extra lights just hanging out at my apartment because I didn't like them. Sorry I just don't understand it all.

oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to come across quite that way. I really am sorry, I had about two hours of sleep so I wasn't in the best mood.

What you need to know is what size tube your lights use (the diameter, generally we talk about T7 or T5 tubes, one is thicker, cheaper, but much less light (nearly impossible to grow lush plants with) the other is thinner. Your wattage - The wattage should be somewhere on your . Then, a 'full spectrum' bulb should give you good results.

But, if you're really stuck, many pet shops will test the bulbs in-store for you. Ask them if it would be ok, maybe they can give you some good advice. No need to buy from them, once you have a type of light that you like it should be simpler to find online.

My snail have been out and about lately and I finally got the opportunity to snap a few pics. It was incredibly hard to get a good picture of this little guy. This is the best I could get though :( I need to get a camera so I can stop using my iPhone lol.
