I was told today that they are super aggressive and that I shouldn't really try keeping them with other fish, other than a female.

Perhaps I will just keep him on his own....

PS - Keep the name suggestions coming :) Orion and microdot aint bad, but I think I prefer Moondust.

I might give it a try, perhaps get some real large ones. They help with water quality as well so its worth a try at least

Necro has his polleni with an oscar, but the oscars are much larger than polleni. You're going to have to find out how big his tank is though. That can make a difference.

I must say this fish is absolutely superb, such a great character, very much like n oscar but more outgoing. Highly recommend this fish if you can find the space for one!!
