Paula created the topic: Filtration For 75 Gallon

I have a well established 75 gallon that's empty again since our turtle found a pond home.

I have an Eheim 2213 & 2215 on it only.

Is this enough filtration for 12-15 African Mbuna Cichlids if I decide to keep the tank going? It's 14 years old.

Or should I just sell the whole thing?

I always hear Eheim bashing on forums lol but I cannot afford to buy different equipment or add more.
Thanks

That filter combo would be good to cover the biological aspect. As the fish approach adult size, you may have to add some mechanical support. An Aquaclear110 would be a good addition in the future. Not too expensive, maybe sock away a few bucks here and there.

if you want to go cheap, add large sponge filters with an air pump
