Is he swimming and acting normal? Eating? Pooping?

What size is the tank? What are the occupants? What are the water parameters with a liquid test kit? What is your water change schedule? What is the fishes diet? How old is it? What is the substrate in the tank? Answers to the above questions along with the pics you've already put up will help with the diagnosis.

Go do a water change - the solution to pollution is dilution.

What happened to the oscar from just under two years ago? You didn't get back to the forum on that. Did you treat with maracyn2?

Hi,
the Oscar from two years ago is fine, to be honest I do not recall now how I treated it, used some general fish medicine for infections, bacteria, etc, and put it around 3 months in a hospital tank doing daily water changes until he looked ok.

In the pics I posted earlier you can actually see the Oscar from two years ago, he's this green oscar near to the Oscar with the the lump:

That's great news. Many times they don't make it when they're swimming like that. The medicine and the water changes must have done the job. Good job saving him.
