They are all still stuck together and to the eggs they hatched from, for the 6 days they are wigglers they have a sticky substance on there heads so they stay where mom and dad want them then once they are developed enough to free swim (about 9 days from being layed some are faster than others) the bond dissolves away. I would expect to see a cloud of free swimmers tonight when i get home and a bunch of gunk on the bottom I'll need to clean up, the parents would normally eat the "after birth" but I'm artificially raising so I'm the parent

THOSE WHO REFUSE KNOWLEDGE ARE DOOMED TO FAIL.

WATER CHANGES ARE THE LIFEBLOOD OF THIS HOBBY. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE SO OR SIMPLY DON'T FEEL LIKE DOING THEM, RE-HOME YOUR FISH, SELL YOUR AQUARIUM & FIND ANOTHER HOBBY, AS YOU WILL FAIL UTTERLY, COMPLETELY, & MISERABLY.

hopefully this doesn't fail but I'm going to try a different approach, vinegar eels and decapsulated brine shrimp eggs. I tried the bbs but could never get good results

I raised my BBS in the old "1 litre soda bottle" thingamabob w/ the airstone in it.......I always get a good "crop" with this method, & I don't know if it makes a difference, but I used Instant Ocean & SF Bay brand eggs........

Very cool!
Lucky you don't need to bottle feed them haha

The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed.
