This is one of my projects that I have been working on. Trying to get these plants to grow a little better. Still learning on how to accomplish that. I also have 2 Guppies, 2 Black Mollies, and 2 Balloon Mollies in the tank. I think its coming along and I figured that I'd show it to you guys!

Really nice set up. One doubt will the plants grow in the lighting that is provided? How long have you had the plants?

I've had the prickly looking plants (the ones in the front) for about a month or more. I started with two of them and now I have a bunch. The swords I've only had a short time. They used to be in my big tank, but then my Oscar kept beating them up and putting holes in them. So I put them in the 10 gallon set up. I'll know more in a few weeks whether they will actualy grow or not. Supposedly from what I've read the swords don't need a ton of light, but I'm not sure of those particular LED's will provide enough though. Basically taking a stab in the dark on this one. I've also read that having a low lit tank means I don't have to have a CO2 system, which I have no clue on even how to set up. Trying not to get too carried away on this particular project, lol.

I can't wait to get fry from them. I have a small 2 gallon tank just for the fry once she starts to square up.
