I believe he also had 9 Oscars in a 55G tank , so I really dont know how much of this advice will be followed.
I personally would take the advice they have given you to heart and seperate them.

O MY WELL WISHERS. I have upgraded my tank to a 6*2*1. and it is a community aquarium,containing almost 8 spices of fishes. my smaller tank contain jst 2 oscar and they are very happy. the large aquarium contain 2 walking cat fishes.2 FH. 1 oscar. 1 diamond corp,1 blueline shark. 1 cichlid, 1 dolphin cichlid.1 red ear slider. they are also very happy bt the male FH is much aggressive.

i vl migrate FH to my small tank and the oscars to the large.
the major problm of large tank is that some thing sticks the inner surface of aquarium glass and looks unclean. this tank contain some reef as well. the thing also sticks to them and looking very bad. i always chang 80% of water weekly. the fishes are vry healthy and eats alot.

B) y not may i ask.....you should have big tank if you keep only two of em i mean 1 Oscar (male) and 1 flower horn (male) they might really don't like each other keep them with some more aggressive chiclids like fire mouth or say some jaguar but i mention it again you should have a big tank check it out in the forum u will get to know.........hope i solved your problem........
