Healthy and happy looking for sure. Love the colours on both of them. They were looking at you like "what do you think your doing"

Sweet. Great looking fish, very well taken care of. BIG fan of Thor. B)

Now, if we could just get a tour of the rest of The Canadian National Cichlid Aquarium............

WATER CHANGES ARE THE LIFEBLOOD OF THIS HOBBY. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE SO OR SIMPLY DON'T FEEL LIKE DOING THEM, RE-HOME YOUR FISH, SELL YOUR AQUARIUM & FIND ANOTHER HOBBY, AS YOU WILL FAIL UTTERLY, COMPLETELY, & MISERABLY.

Well, my intention was to get some screen time for the new Mota and Festae. Mota is pretty sociable, Festae is skittish as hell, runs and hides with any movement near her tank. So I ended up with Tex and Jag. I'll get something together this weekend with the rest of the gang. Yeah, Thor is all that, he just cruises his tank daring ANYTHING to try their luck in there. Thx to all for the compliments. I LOVE THIS HOBBY!!

Yeah, love Jags.....my Jag Darth Sidious is evil, mean, & nasty....I was doing a WC, & scraping algae off the glass w/ a handled algae scraper....wasn't paying attention, & then WHAMMO, he hit the sponge....he's around 9" or so, glad it wasn't my hand, he does have some serious fangs!!!

That's why I sold my male Festae....great looking fish, but a big-time "hider". :pinch:

But yup, Motas are very out-going, just like their cousins........mine jumps out of the water for his food & will eat everything I give him...EXCEPT NLS, & I have tried starving him a wee bit.
