It is likely that when younger Albino Oscars are killed and maybe eaten by other Oscars in the tank. In the wild Oscars are the colors they are because that is the colors they have evolved with. Albinos are for want of a better word "freaks " and if born in the wild are very quickly eaten because they stick out like a sore thumb. In the wild they are week because of this. When i bred Oscars on a regular basis i found that when i bred albinos and ended up with a tank of red tigers and albinos i would often end up with albinos with eyes missing the red tigers were biting them out. I then always separated the albinos and grew them on separately. If you are going to keep other Ocars with the Oscar you have now it might be an idea to remove the Oscar into a bucket for a couple of hours before you introduce the other Oscars and then put them all in at the same time. If you have several other Oscars the bullying will be shared out rather than focused on one other Oscar.
