yea it came with a cabinet that it fits onto perfect... dimentions 4ft lolng...2ft high..and 1 foot wide exept in the middle front were it bows it is 1 1/2 foot wide...
will try and sort a pic out...just got a new can thats only 7 megapixels so its easyer to upload pixs

a 48x18x24 rectangle tank is 75 imp gallons so since your is a bow front i would hazzard a guess in the 55-65 imp gallon range
just a guess mind you

To get a rough idea of the volume i would calculate the size of the tank if it didnt have the bow (lenght x height x depth on the edge). Then do the same for the tank as if the bow was the depth (length x height x maximum depth). The volume will be roughly half way between both figures
