Most fish websites hold a photographic competition, why should we be any different? I wonder if anyone would like to participate. If so, I'll put something together where we can vote.

Pics of Oscars or of any fish? I would certainly limit it to pics that were actually taken my members as well.

Definitely limited to members only, it will encourage people to join and contribute to the website. I sometimes wonder why people join these forums, we have 436 members but there are only a few active ones. I think it's the same on most forums, people just join for the sake of it. Looks good anyway

We could have a section for OSCAR photographs only and.......... well, I'm open to suggestions. I want people to feel they can talk about other fish if they want. This isn't primarily an Oscar Fish website where all other fish are not to be talked about. So, maybe we could have a section for South American cichlids, African cichlids etc. I think if we have too many sections, we won't get many people entering because members might not have the fish.

I was thinking you should do one for Oscars, one for ALL other fish, and one maybe for whole aquariums. Simple enough.

Sounds straightforward enough. Now, just got to come up a good photographic type program to use.
