I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself, my name's Kenny, and I am going to be getting an Oscar Cichlid soon. I happened upon this website while looking for information about oscars, I've never kept one before, I only have experience with gold fish right now, so I figured I should learn all I could before getting one. And that's what brought me here. It's been very edifying reading your forums, you all seem very nice, and you have lots of good information as well.

Welcome to Oscarfish lover. It's good to see someone doing research before actually buying the Oscar. Hopefully, you can save yourself a lot of hassle if you read everything on this website very carefully. Just remember that you need a big tank and good filtration, it is vitally important.

I'm Neil and I have to oscar fish. I got them wen they wore 8cm and they are now 12cm.
