Many saltwater fish are great for the aquarium, but there are those that should be avoided. The following species of fish cannot be kept in any aquarium. These fish can be reqularly attained, but are rarely kept more than a few days in any aquarium:
-Baronesses and Bennet's Coral Eating Butterfly Fish
-Ribbon Eels
-Regal and Rock Beauty Sponge eating Angelfish
-Cleaner Wrassess
-Coral Eating Parrotfish, except bicolor
-Moorish Idols
-Purple Tile Fish
-White and Black Tip Sharks
-Hammerhead Sharks
-Clown Sweetlips
Some of these fish can be kept in public aquariums, but rarely, and with great difficulty. Please avoid.
