Has anyone ever played with one of these in there tank as bottom scavangers. Only thing i see thats bad with them is that the need brackish water later(pos). i read mixed things on this. See whats ur guys input about this

if I was you, I wouldn't bother with these type of fish, unless you are going to set a tank up especially for them. Most other fish require different water conditions to them so if you do get one, it probably won't know for very long

In my experience they have never lasted long and we're beat up. Best suited for only those who really want to concentrate on them.

There are frsh water flounders but as mentioned before they should probably be kept in a biotope like setup. I don't think they easy to take care of either.
