Yes, I've heard of this happening on two occasions. In fact, I give advice about this exact situation and what you can do if it does happen somewhere on the website. It normally happens with catfish, some of the smaller catfish have spikes in their side fins which get stuck in the Oscars mouth.
I better just add that clown Loach are better off in groups, rather than one on its own, they like being with their own sort, keeping one on its own could be very stressful for it. Also, they are very slow growing fish, barely an inch year I would say so if you ever buy clown Loach for an Oscar tank, it's best to try get them so the Oscar won't eat them
