My water is Well Water and has no Nitrates from the tap. I do understand that not all Well Water is like mine but, I am lucky to have good water in my area. I have been keeping Tetra's, Guppies and Catfish for over 8 years in this water without issues. I just started keeping Oscars a few months ago and they seem to be doing fine as well.
