cycling a new tank 6 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
i got the water in my new tank this past weekend, what is the best way to get it cycling & get everything started

should i put some water in out of another tank or maybe one of the filter cartridges in the new tank to get some bacteria working in there??

i have added stress zyme & stress coat & im getting the water up to the temp it should be at now

thanks for all the help

The easiest way is to take some of the media from another filter and put it in yours, however make sure it is at the same time as adding the new fish. If you add the new media without fish the good bacteria in it will die off
