Some pictures of my new tank with my two Oscars, 4 tinfoil and two parrots... the parrots cannot be seen as they remain hidden under the driftwood.

Nice tank, and will suit the Oscars just fine. Tinfoils are cool, I have a single. They can get just as big as Oscar, and yours look to be a fair size already. I agree you have an overstock situation, you should address that very soon, for the benefit of all the fish.

Thanks guys. You are most probably right. Maybe I should give away one of the parrots.
Have you seen the filter setup on the picture? Any advice about that? I know you have to play around with the inlet and outlet and driftwood so that the current pushes the wastes towards the inlet...any comments about that?

You will need more filtration. Removing a Parrot is a small step in the right direction, but the tank is really only suitable for the Oscars. Volume is good, but a 60in footprint is a bit restrictive. I also suggest you thin out your gravel, its too thick. Thick substrate only becomes a detriment to water quality, as it will hide a lot of waste. Particularly so for big messy cichlids, of which Oscars are near the top of the class.
