Stock the aquarium according to adult size. A 300 liter (~80 US gallons) is good for a single 14-16" adult oscar.

The JD, convict, and polleni would be fine for life if there are no aggression issues.

I will be posting pictures tommorow, does anyone have experience of keeping an paratilapia polleni? When i google paratilapia, i can only see black ones and my isn't that black i have him almost a week. Sometimes when he is in the shadow he turns black but in the ligh is kinda grey/brown. I have a sandy substrate.

A bright light and light substrate will cause juveniles to lighten up. As they get older they get more dark. Either reduce the intensity of the lighting in the tank or get dark substrate.
