Welcome to the forum. I would advise you to do a water test. What kind of filtration has this tank got? Two large Oscars will produce a lot of waste, believe me. It's all very well saying they are fine, you need to test the water and see what it is doing. Fish can actually be stressed without showing any signs. Two fish of that size in a small tank will certainly pollute the water very quickly.

So when you get the chance, try and get these following test kits, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH. There are other test kits, however these are the most important ones you need at the moment.

Nice to have you on board and enjoy the website/forum. Hope to see you posting some more
