Hi there and welcome to our community.

Have you got any other fish in the other tank? Obviously white spot (as we call it here in the UK) is very contagious so any other fish are likely to contract the condition as well. Heat treatment is a very tried and tested method of clearing up white spot. What you could do is switch the temperature up to about 30°C and leave it like that for two or three days. Obviously, if you've got other fish you got to be careful that you don't cook them.

As for the cloudy eyes, not really sure what's causing that, especially if your water conditions are good. Maybe you could post a photograph if possible.

It looks to me like the ich may be on the eyes when i got a closer look. I can try to get a pic. I have a plecko in with him he has no spots. And i did bring the heat to 84f. They are both in the sick tank together. How much water should i change in the main tank? And should i treat it as well? There is no fish in there right now and i sent my husband for a new vacuum cause mines not working properly.

I hope you haven't switched the aquarium filter off in the main empty aquarium.

I can't really ascertain anything from the photo unfortunately. I can just about see one of the cloudy eyes. Doesn't look too bad, hopefully when everything settles down they will go back to normal. But what concerns me is if you have kept the filter running on your normal tank.

Sometimes fish develop a slime coat in order to protect themselves. This could be happening because of what he's gone through, but that's only a guess, I couldn't say for sure to be honest with you. Just want to make sure that the slime coat is any kind of bacterial infection. Just keep an eye on the situation for the next couple of days just to make sure nothing gets worse.
