So we left the house for like an hour and a half yesterday and when we get home one of my dogs is gone. He got a wild hair up his a** , ate the blind in my bedroom and jumped thru the screen. Had very litte sleep last night , and when I did sleep I had nightmares. Started last night to put up fliers and cntinued to do so today and have been calling and e mailing Animal Control and all Animal Shelters in this area. not sure how many times we walked or drove around in the near the house. This area has gotten really bad about stealing dogs. I just want Sampson my Bulldog back.... :( :( :(

I feel for you, and with just having a new pup around my place, i cannot imagine how bad you must feel. :(
Keep looking, keep asking, keep searching and my fingers are crossed for you, that your Bull Sampson may get home safe and sound.
Keep us posted, please.
I really feel for you.

If it's thieves, they may try selling of the internet.
Was Sampson chipped?
All true breed dogs in Holland get chipped, and if my dog went missing and was found again, i'd be contacted right away.

god sorry to hear I lost one of my dogs one year on boxing day and it was so horrible I could not sleep or eat and me and Grant ran ourselfs ragged looking for her. :(

The best thing we found was to tell everyone; I mean everyone, we told every person we saw and posted on every lamp post, every crossing, shop etc so everyone in Bedworth was looking for her. And tis really helps because thanks to the public we got her back after 21days as someone saw her run into an abandoned garden and that is where she was hiding. Im crying bless now remembering and also because I know how upsetting it is.

I was helped alot by alot of animal people and one advised that you, this sounds odd but I think it did help Skye as she did track sort of home. They said take the dirt out of your hover and dilute with water and then make a trail from last place seen to your house, it smells of home and so they find their way home also leaving socks around leaves your scent so they find this and feel safe.

But you are doing the right thing you honestly need to tell everyone and I will pray you find your dog soon.

I'm living my life, but not necessarily in the right order :)

Sampson came home late yesterday afternoon , followed by an Animal Control officer 30 minutes later. He could hardly breathe. Like hes been running or had to work to get loose. Keep in mind that I had called Animal Control at like 8 in the morning and reported him missing in 2 counties. This all happened around 4. The Animal Control officer claimed he knew nothing about the report and said that the people that called him said he got under their house ( if its the people I think it was they keep a female dog under there ) and when they tried to get him out he growled at them. Oddly enough when Sampson came home he smelled like someone gave him a bath and his nails looked clipped. We were out there all night looing and calling for my dog. I know for a fact that Sampson would have barked when he heard us and I know those people would have heard us as well. but its ok...We will just have to get even...

I'm glad he made his way home for you. As for getting even, sometimes the best revenge is to live well. Unless of course they turn up with a litter of puppies soon, then all bets are off in my opinion lol

By revenge I dont mean hurting anyone or takin g one of their dogs. I am not like that. I know exactly who did this , and it just makes me mad as hell. These people have had their dogs run loose for years. Laying in the middle of the road and not even trying to get their dog to move when a car comes up. Their dogs growling at my kids or their dog coming up on my porch. I could have called Animal Control on them dozens of times , but didnt. Guess things are gonna change now....

Ah, well there ya go.

I think there's a special place in hell for people who mistreat animals, I really do. And I'm not religious lol, but there's got to be some kind of justice for the animals
