Hey guys, quick update on my new pup,
He's doing a lot better today, holding his pee in for a good 2 hours and I also called the vet and they just told me some puppies could vary with holding their bladder, but to keep an eye on it and they told me he should be just FINE until Saturday, but like they said if it worsens or if I notice any sudden changes they gave me a number to call for an emergency. His pee was also normal color and had no foul smell

jesus, 2 aussies and a cattle dog. if you could convert that amount of energy into power for your home you would be set for life.

You don't know the half of it! Lol, if anything they keep ME in shape, they love to go out to the lake and the park, I also have a doggie door so they can go outside whenever they please while we are at work. My blue aussie could catch a frisbie ALL day if he wanted to, but my heeler is a little special.. he's just a lap dog.. he loves to run around but he doesn't understand a lot of stuff as a normal heeler would, he also didn't develop properly, but he's my special boy, I rescued him at 4 months.

Here is a picture of Sammy sleeping the way he normally does..

and here's my heeler, yes floppy ears and a full tail, I got him like this at 4 months, he APPARENTLY is full breed, I personally don't think he is, nor do I care, I would like to know what he is mixed with though, regardless, he is such a great dog and I absolutely love him

I'm glad the vet says it will be ok :) I tend to be a bit overly likely to go to the vet myself.

Such a cute puppy!

And your heeler is lovely too :)

Hey guys, Sammy saw the vet Saturday morning and got his 9 weeks vaccinations, he still had worms so more worming medication, no fever or infections, no lyme disease, and I got him some heart guard, the vet told us he is very healthy and he is going to be a BIG boy, he's 16 pounds at 9 weeks, and the vet said he is extremely well tempered, which he is! he's a great dog. Going back in 3 weeks on the 1st for his 12 week vaccinations and then at 16 weeks he will get his rabies and his last vaccinations, and him and my heeler cannot get enough of each other, they are side by side glued, best play mates. I'll keep you updated with pictures! Im taking pictures every week to see his growth size.

Great looking puppy!

Thanks!

Thank you :) I'm the same way, I freaked out with my heeler ate the top of a plastic spoon, or if I hear him yelp loudly if he has hurt himself or whatever it is, I freak out if any of my babies are in trouble lol
