I have a 75 gallon tank with a Oscar that is 14-15inches long. I was given him and his setup by someone that received him in the same way. He was in a 35 gallon before that. I was wanting to get him a koi pond and try to set it up in a spare bed room in my house. Has anyone set up a indoor pond before for a single Oscar. He is happy but I can tell he would be able to grow and be happier if I had a bigger set up. Cost is always an issue. Any ideas for a koi pond/bath tub setup that has already been done would be apprieciated. I googled it and found some outdoor ponds but that wouldn't work year around where I am located (Georgia)

Good that you want to better provide for the big Oscar. I would think that you could find something in a used aquarium on Craigslist? Floor model ponds are generally very shallow, present difficulties with filtration and heating, and seem like maybe a pain to maintain. Keep an eye out for a good 5-6ft glass tank of 120-150gals. Would love to see a pic or 2 of this monster Oscar!
