Anyone remember this?

Great product. Had one years ago, lent it to my brother-in-law, & he tossed it, I just found out recently. "I didn't think you wanted it back".....That's the last thing I lend that bastard!!

Anyway, I digress. If anyone out there has one & wants to part w/ it, or knows someone who does, & it works, or knows where I can get one, let me know here or in a PM. Let's make a deal...... ;)

oh, I remember this thing! From years ago, working in a pet shop some weekends. It makes this spray thing on the return - I can't quite remember why. Did it have to do with oxygenation?

It was an old piece of equipment even then, I think. Isn't this from the 80's?

I honestly don't know where you could find one, but I'll keep an eye out if I see anything like this, and link you to it.

If you do find one, check if they ship to Belgium as i am very interested in this too, as my future tank will be about 400 us gallons or 1500 liters, this would be a very nice tool to have. just need to find a way to put a timer on it to run at certain times during the day (preferably when i'm at home :p )

thats really cool Jack ! didn't know they ever made those!

and gorgoroth you can make them and run them on a sprinkler timer I have seen about 5 houses in the last 2 mts that use this method with overflows drilled into tanks to drain the water

It drained & filled @ the same time. It was GREAT for conditioning fish to breed, as there was a constant flow of fresh water into tank. I don't know why they don't make anymore, I guess the Python put them out of business.

It was Aquarium Products, I think, same people that make(made) Aquarisol(copper salts for parasites). Late 70's early 80's.

How would you make?? I don't need timer, as I would just let it run, Ed....now THIS would be cool.

Jack I can get some pics and better info for you.. but they have their actual water run into the tank on a timer from the house and there is a built in overflow that the water drains into while the tank fills up ... it is awesome!

it is not just a tube tho if that is what you mean ..

is that running 24/7?

it could be made to do the same thing just depends on hoe much water you let run into the tank you know...

it would just keep going into the overflow and out of the house ... could be done for sure in a few ways
