I am not help with what kind of turtle that is , but I think it was mentioned before that keeping turtles and Oscars in the same tank is really not a good idea... How long have you had him in there with them ?

I am not worried about your turtle being in that tank...more so about your Oscars. Turtles carry diseases that can affect your fish. I hope Jack ( Fishguy66 ) may check in soon and be able to give you a little more info on this. I honestly would move him and do a major water change on your Oscars tank right away. How did you get the turtle ? If you found him on the side of the road he was probably sad and lethargic because he is now in a restricted space...
It could also be a temp thing...Oscar tanks are kept at a fairly high temp. Maybe the temp in his own tank was a little low ?

Fish and reptiles do not mix in a fish tank. The main reason is the amount of waste produced by the reptile leads to bad water quality in the fish tank, which should be getting water changes every 2 days of up to 50%.

I dont know if there are any good tankmates for turtles besides another turtle..But you seem to have some really nice looking fish and would hate to see them get sick. Maybe try to find a turtle forum and see what information they got for you ?
