Feeding your mealworms crushed high quality pellets will add more vitamins to their nutricinal value.
Plus trying which fruit they like , will add a lot of vitamins to their diet.
Nicki has a long list of fruit you can try, if you ask her nicely.

I don't know...

I'm chomping at the bit to add more GOOD/BAD/STUPID ideas but I can't find my camera USB cable.

These "brainchildren" deserve proper publicity...TIM

Since I didn't specify that these Novel Ideas be fish/aquarium related, here is another, from the wilds of Montana:

2 PIECE CHAIR (SYSTEM) the word "system" always seems to help

Equipment needed: Chainsaw, trunk sections >1 ft in diameter, old boards, first aid kit w/tourniquet

The photos say it all; I want to coat one of these with epoxy so I don't get crumbs and woodborer frass all over the house.

OK, when you have fry and you dont want them sucked into your cannister filter..

Dont put pantyhose over the strainer - it just blocks up and does not suck in what you want to suck in and puts a strain on your pump and you will still have little fry who cannot escape the suction.

Use the frame of a breeder box and cover it with netting as large as possible - smaller than the fish but not too small - you still want good water flow through it. Put it around your inlet and either tie off at the top with cable ties or have the top above the water line so the fry cannot get inside the box.

When they get a bit older and you want to get rid of the breeder box because their poo just gets stuck on it...take off the strainer and weave fishing line around and through the plastic bars to create a woven strainer filter with holes too small for the fish to go into but big enough to allow the poo to get sucked into the filter.

Ornaments collect less crap inside them if you put a bubble stone in them and they look better with bubbles coming out of them and you can never have too much aeration in your tank

So if i visit your house and you say `pull up a chair`, do i need my own forklift or do you have one?

Just teasing, but i guess no robber would be able to run off with your furniture in a hurry either... :P
