KevinRed created the topic: Acrylic Tanks, Anyone ever made a large one?

Well... I own A Red/Red Tiger cross Oscar he's around 9 inches atm, I also have a blue channel catfish who is around 10 inches.
When I bought the catfish I was going to give him back up when he got to big for my tank but I've fallen in love with the little guy.
So I'm considering making a 100+ gallon acrylic tank but I've no idea how.
Has anyone done this?
Any advice?
I'm just looking for other people experiences really. :)
