The title is different from what you are asking for.
A DIY brine shrimp hatchery is easy: high salinity water, heater, airstone.
If you want them to grow then like any fish you need a cycled saltwater tank and you need to feed them, not worth it IMHO

I have pics on my phone of two i made out of 2x4's and a 2liter pop bottle i just need to do a write up, give me a few days and ill try to get it done.

adult brine shrimp are of little nutritional value, they are only worth using 18-24 hours after starting while they still have there yolk sac. When im raising fry I start a new batch of BBS everyday for the first week then i start to ween them off the BBS by mixing in decapsulated brine shrimp eggs with the BBS for a few days then switch completly to decaps or golden pearls

I grow the adults out till they get quite large ..the fronts love to hunt them. Less nutrition but the fish enjoy it non-the less.

How do I get the brine shrimp that large? also how sensitive are the BBS to salinity and temperature changes for water changes and things like that?
