We have proven time and time again it is not necessary...

Just raise the temp to 86F and leave it there for 10 days AFTER the last spot is gone..
Make sure you have a LOT of oxygenation in the tank as higher temps cause the lessening of oxygen!

So no salt got it ;) .

As the Oxygen goes I am not sure, I have 2 Emperor 280 and Rena XP3 that cycling the water and a air pump that is working 24/7 I hope that’s fine.

The thing that is making me sad is I think the spots are more every day. :(

x2.
And it looks like Ick allright.
Pleco's don't catch Ick easily btw.

are you doing some additinal wc and gravel vacs?
That may help as well.
Just refill the tank with the same 86o water, andd vacuum any spores out.
It will soon get better.

Good luck :side:

We aren't joking when we say water changes and Prime are the best solution to a problem.

Thats great news! Now make sure you keep the temp. high for 10 days after the last spots had disappeared, then you'll be in the clear. Nice job! :)
