Can you explain a bit more please???

What are you treating the HITH with?
Is your water in great shape? If it is, then there is no need for meds at all..
What is your current tank temp???

thank you for your imediate response.

i have two oscars and a pleco about 3-4 inch.

so far i had them in aquarium 60 litres with two internal filters. in there i was changing 30-40% of water every day.

two days ago i finished cycling a about 420 letres tank for them. before i put them in i noticed a s couple of small white dots on fish head. then i put them in the new aquarium, but after two days it seems it getting worst.

i had the water tested by a friend who had tests and said it is good. unfortunately i dont have specific values but he said its safe.

curent temperature is 28.5

the medication is called hexamita and it is in liquid form (drops) that color the water green. i am planning of getting medication from the states for hith, for any case but i dont think i can get it in time now. also the mediacation may have different name in the states.

it seems that despite all water changes and filters on the small aquarium i sterted with, i didnt manage to keep them healthy. and now i put this green thing on it, i dont even know if i can get someone to test the water... :(

btw, my filter in the new aquarium is aquael 700 pro. here are the specs:
aquael.pl/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=133&Itemid=323&lang=en

thank you.

They look like a couple of bumps on the head or scrapes to me.
Do you think they are getting worse?
Good healthy water will cure bumps and scrapes really fast and will cure HITH too but more slowly.
