So, this pair my Mom has won't stop creating babies. She's out of room and the LFS won't take baby angel's till they are quarter size. I told her to put them on Craigslist. She didn't buy them as a pair she bought 4 babies and these 2 just happened to pair up. Is craigslist a good option or did I give her good advice? How much would she even charge for that?

it really depends on what kind of angels they are - since angels are so accessible.

i would say maybe $20-$40 for a breeding pair.....

A breeding pair of Koi angelfish? Well, AngelsPlus is selling breeding pairs for $400-$450, depending on quality. Quarter size babies "Select", their highest grade, go for $24.75. EACH. Depending on what they look like, I wouldn't go lower than $350 if you want to sell the pair.

Shoot me a video if you want.....I wouldn't mind seeing them, & maybe we can give you a better idea on price.

Nice angels but those are not koi those are gold marble ghost and as such $30-$40 would be a good asking price. Koi have a very specific genetic make up of GM/GM + S/S, that genetic combo creates a fish with no body or fin stripes and amplifies the amount of orange and makes the black more random blotches. I would be willing to bet that if you could raise out a full spawn 25% would be koi

That link that Jack posted is a pair of Steve Rybicki high coverage red koi that he has been line breeding for 20+ years to attain the bright orange/red color all over the body, his angels are some of the best koi angels in the world and thats why they are so expensive. Your pretty much buying his 20+ years of work of perfecting his line
