well, the climate is a bit hot for the Gars, but they will survive, and imo even thrive there.
You only need one male and one female, with not too many predators to eat the young, and we'll have a massive colony of these beauties in Malaysia...

Surely, some other native, inhabitant species will disappear for good, but hey, it's survival of the fittest, right?
Mini arapaima is bad enough........ :(
